Santa makes the day

We're back

OK- Fantasy Grams never went anywhere but I did - I had to take time off for open heart surgery in September - wasn't blogging then. The good news is that I am back and doing well. The Fantasy Grams crew continues to do Great! Hope your fall has been lovely - our trees are bare but we are loving this spell of sunshine and warm weather- even the dogs are getting to go for walks. Bonzo the Gorilla Sighting at Station 4, St.Paul for a member of Kay Kay and the Weathered Underground

Bonzo the Gorilla was seen saluting Sam ( a member of Kay Kay and the Weathered Undergrouond band) last night at Station 4 in St. Paul, Mn. Bonzo said that he reallly liked the band and is looking forward to buying an album of theirs. Check out their sound. Thanks to the management at Station 4 - you guys were great to work with! And thanks to the wonderful members of the audience who joined in on singing Happy Birthday to Sam.

Wondering what happened to the jury trial that the procecutors didn't want to seat me on? He was found guilty on all counts - I am so glad that I wasn't part of that whole process! Remember folks chances are good that if you do the crime sooner or later you will do the time.

Fantasy Grams's Midge is back

Greetings - wondering where I've been the past 2 weeks? I've been off doing my civic duty - was called to do jury duty at Hennepin County Court in Minneapolis. Was called for a murder trial but thankfully the prosecutors decided that they didn't want me on the jury. Civic duty or not (and, I'm glad that I live in a country where you are presumed innoicent until proven guilty) I would prefer to not be responsible for finding some one guilty or not. So, I'm awfully glad to be off duty again. How about those hot couple of days - the temp and the wind took a real tole on the gardens but catching up now with watering. Don't you just love this time of the year when things are blooming again? Fantasy Grams Entertainers are much happier driving around now than in the snow and ice of winter. Have a grand day!

Fantasy Gram "Kids" go to their groomer

Ok- you've met Willie before - Babette is his little sister on the left. Aren't they beautiful? Bichons are quite vain and love being told that they look great (don't care much for the brushing all the time though). They go to the greatest grooomer (and she is a super great person too) - her name is Wendy and her business, Wendy's Dog House is in South Minneapolis. May Day Greetings from Fantasy Grams

Wow! May 1st and leaves and flowers are appearing - hope that you are finding something fun to do this weekend to celebrate spring.

We were in San Antonio last weekend visiting friends - it was Fiesta Week - I'll enclose a few photos from the Art Fair that took place in the historic King Williams area - the costumes on people (and dogs) were pretty amazing - Fantasy Gram's Singing Telegram Characters would have fit right in.

No, Fantasy Grams hasn't added floral flamingoes to our list of characters, but aren't they amazing? We took some time off last Thursday evening to head over to Macy's in Mpls. to catch their annual floral show (back to the 8th floor auditorium this year). Admission is free and if you go after 6 Pm the lines are much shorter. Flowers by Bachmans - a real taste of spring.

Bonzo the Gorilla Sighting

Fantasy Grams Bonzo the Gorilla was spotted performing a Singing Telegram for a birthday last night in Elk River. Bonzo brought smiles to the face of the birthday recipient, co-workers and shoppers who were present. Check out Mishke Gets Married on You Tube - Tom gave us a call when he was about to shoot the final segment and hired our Dominatrix to play the part - way to go girl! She said that she had a lot of fun at the shoot and got a kick out of watching it. Fantasy Grams does provide actors for commercial shoots - give us a call.

When role playing isn't so amusing.

We here at Fantasy Grams are way into donning costumes and role playing (after all, that is what Singing Telegrams are all about). Anyway, Willie (my Bichon boy and erstwhile performer) and his cohort in crime, Babette (his female Bichon best buddy) have decided to play Super Hero Hunter types today. So fat they have deposited their catchm 2 dead bunnies at our door. Headless things do not thrill me - anyone out there got any great ideas how to put a stop to this? By the way, they did not kill the bunnies - they are pacifists.
